About Horizon
Our History
Horizon International has been serving clients since its inception in 1991. Initially, Horizon was a provider of onsite consulting services for many Fortune 500 companies.
Our Progress
The success of Horizon's consulting services led to the creation of the Client Solutions Division in 1998 to provide custom solutions for all clients. In 1999, Horizon's "Salary and Incentive Review" web application created for the client Boston Scientific received "Best Intranet/Internet Solution" from System Integrators magazine.
